Legislation Under Debate: Return to a More Liberal Policy on Homeschooling

A 2021 law reinforced respect for the principles of the Republic and, in practice, banned homeschooling as a matter of principle.

Now there are proposals to return to a more liberal policy on this issue, aiming to reopen space for homeschooling.
